Some other methods to promote any business, whether the owner lives in Carderock or not:

  • Advertise in the Classifieds section of the monthly CSCA newsletter for a nominal fee. Deadline is usually the 20th of the month.
  • Advertise in the CSCA printed biennial neighborhood directory for a larger fee. The most recent directory was printed in December 2024.
  • Residents, usually minors, offering babysitting, pet care, lawn care or snow removal are listed for free in both the online and print CSCA neighborhood directory. Online updates in the directory can be made at any time.
  • Recommendations from neighbors for any contractor/service are updated periodically in a pdf file Contractor and Services Recommendations.
